Every great custom closet starts with a single step. The process begins when you reach out—via email, phone, or text—to schedule a complimentary design consultation.
Once your consultation is scheduled, My Custom Closet owner and designer Bryan Fulop will meet with you in person to discuss your space and design ideas. There’s no need to empty your closet beforehand; he can measure around your belongings!
This meeting is an opportunity for you to share your needs, goals, and any inspiration you have in mind. Whether you have a Pinterest board full of ideas or a rough concept in your head, we’ll work together to create a design that fits both your lifestyle and budget.
Within 7 days of your consultation, you’ll receive a proposal that includes detailed design plans and a comprehensive pricing breakdown.
We understand that a custom closet is a big investment. That’s why we offer every client complimentary revisions to refine your design.
After the customer reviews the initial proposal, design changes are made to align with their vision and meet budget considerations. 3D designs can also be completed at this time if the customer requests this.
If you’d like an additional in-person consultation to review the final design and details, we’re happy to schedule one—free of charge.
If the client likes everything proposed, we move on to the next step: scheduling the installation!
At this stage, we coordinate directly with you to schedule your installation. To secure your spot, we require a deposit of ⅓ of the total project cost. Once this is received, we place your custom order and prepare for Installation Day.
On Installation Day, our professional installers pick up your custom closet materials from our warehouse and arrive at your home ready to bring your vision to life. Our experienced team works efficiently to ensure a flawless installation, transforming your space with precision and care.
