We are so excited to celebrate the 20th anniversary of our family’s business, My Custom Closet!

Bryan and I started this business in 2003 with a vision to provide our customers with high-quality closet organization systems and exceptional customer service. Twenty years later, we are proud to say that we have helped thousands of customers in the Greater Philadelphia region transform their closets into functional and stylish spaces that meet their individual needs.

As we celebrate this milestone, we’re grateful for the support of our community and loyal customer base. We firmly believe that it is because of them and their generous referrals that we were able to succeed as much as we have.

We’re also grateful to all those who have worked for My Custom Closet over the years and have contributed their outstanding craftsmanship skills while upholding our high customer service standards. Friends and family have become a part of our team as they journeyed through young adulthood and through their college years, assisting us when we have needed more hands. We’d like to extend our gratitude to them for their help along the way.

We’d like to give a special shoutout to our lead installer, Tim Linnik, who has been with us since the beginning days of business. He has become family to us, and we are indebted to him for how much he has helped.

Kudos to our outside Web Development and Design team, Sweet Rose Studios. Sean and Samantha have been doing an amazing job helping us with our website, blog posts, email newsletters, and managing our social media platforms.

We’re also excited to announce that we’ve added a new position to our team. Our daughter, Meghan Peterson, will be joining the family business and lending her marketing and social media expertise. She’ll be directly engaging with the public and home improvement related businesses through these platforms.

The future looks bright and full of promise. We plan to keep the business small and simple as we enjoy productivity and growth but don’t want to get so big that we lose our customer connection along the way. We like that we are small and local – a “ma and pa” closet business that still feels very much connected to our clients with a direct line of communication that always exists between the owners and the customers.

This business model works beautifully and we have no desire to change it. We are really a “people pleasing” business which is a win – win for everyone involved.
